Mahshahr Pipe Company has one of the most equipped laboratories in the country, which was established in 1389 by the German Steiner Company under the supervision of the German Salzgieter Company in the factory of this company.
The laboratory of this company has up-to-date equipment to perform all tests related to production pipes in accordance with the current standards of the world and the country, such as APL5L, NACE, DNV, IPS, IGS, etc.
  INSO-ISO/IEC 17025, as a reference laboratory in the country, in addition to conducting internal tests, also provides laboratory services to other customers and stakeholders.

All tests related to chemical analysis and metallography, mechanical properties, including tensile tests up to 150 tons, impact up to 450 joules, hardness testing, quantometry, bending up to 30 tons, free fall of weights up to 35,000 joules, MT and radiography along with testing HIC and SSCC corrosion tests are carried out according to the methods and standards of the world in this reference laboratory of the country and approved by employers and stakeholders.
