Mahshahr Pipe Company was established in 1382 in the Petrochemical Special Strategic Zone of Imam Khomeini Port (RA) and is one of the largest pipe producing companies in the country with an annual capacity of 350,000 tons for the use of oil, gas, petrochemical and water industries. By creating employment for about 5,000 people directly and indirectly, it plays an important role in providing job, social and political security of our dear country and Khuzestan province.

Mahshahr Piping Company manufactures LSAW (direct welding) pipes using sub-powder welding and bending by JCOE method from 24 to 56 inches diameter, up to 35.5 mm thickness and up to X80 grade in accordance with the standards required by the beneficiaries and according to the current standards Dunya is for the use of sour and non-sour services, which has produced and delivered more than 3 million tons of pipes for use in large and strategic projects of oil and gas transmission to employers and large public and private beneficiaries of the country.

The strategic goal in choosing Mahshahr Petrochemical Special Economic Zone for the construction of this factory is to reduce the cost of transporting raw materials and mainly imported wide and thick sheets for the production of pipes on the one hand and easy and cheaper access to the export markets of the Persian Gulf region. On the other hand, by connecting the factory to the national railway line through an 11 km long railway line, it has caused a significant reduction in transportation costs while creating a competitive advantage.

In 2014, this company succeeded in concluding a contract for the production of 56-inch pipes with a length of 185 kilometers and a weight of 120,000 tons for export to Turkmenistan.

Mahshahr Piping Company is the only domestic producer of submarine pipes used in South Pars sour gas transmission service using the highest standards in the world.
